Schaumann BioEnergy Consult GmbH, a subsidiary of Enbycon Holding AG, is active in the field of renewable energies. The focus is on the international distribution of products and laboratory services for the optimization of biogas plants. Our expertise includes substrate preservation, silage processing, biogas additives as well as consulting services and laboratory analyses.

We are seeking a Sales Manager Biogas International (m/f/d) to join our team at the next possible opportunity.

Your main activities:

• Successful management: You achieve growth and sales targets in the sale of process additives and services for biogas plants through effective management of sales partners
• Strategic market design: You develop and implement innovative sales plans, expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence
• Sales partner management: You manage the recruitment, target setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and sales partners
• Recognizing market opportunities: You identify emerging markets and trends, find targeted growth opportunities, taking into account new products and competitive status
• Share knowledge: You conduct process and product training for customers and sales partners
• Present results: You create meaningful presentations on turnover and sales trends with comprehensive knowledge of new products and competitive status

Your profile:

• Professional qualification: You have successfully completed training or a degree in the field of renewable energies, biology, chemistry or agricultural sciences
• Working style: You think analytically and entrepreneurially, and are characterized by an independent way of working and high resilience, whereby you work in a results-oriented manner and achieve measurable results
• Leadership quality: You not only have strong leadership skills, but also enjoy working in a team and demonstrate empathy and strong communication skills
• Flexibility: You are willing to travel and are flexible enough to be able to take business trips
• Communication: You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English, which will help you to ensure clear and precise communication with customers and colleagues. Ideally, you can also communicate in Spanish
