The product line is particularly recommended for plants with a basic supply of macro elements (sodium, iron, etc.), for example biogas plants with more than 30 % slurry in their diet. Crop-fed plants with a diet based exclusively on energy crops often require external micronutrient supplementation. Plants using biogenic residues predominantly or exclusively, frequently display significant excess or deficiency of individual trace elements; a situation that requires bespoke formulations to avoid excess supply of nutrients not required.
